Applicable to Meet & Greet Services operated at Athens International
Airport,
by Fastrack.
We will provide Fastrack services to you and other individuals included in your booking
upon
your arrival at or departure from Athens International Airport, regardless of your
airline or
class of travel. Only bookings made using the Fastrack App, Fastrack website or through
the Call
Centre, are accepted. Please ensure that the Customer details, flight details, terminal
details,
and product selection provided in the booking are accurate, as incorrect information may
result
in the voiding of the booking.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival/departure time.
Bookings made less than or within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival/departure time are
subject
to availability and may incur supplementary charges.
Amendments to an existing booking requested less than 10 hours before the originally
scheduled flight arrival/departure time may attract last-minute booking charges and
availability.
Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the originally scheduled flight
arrival/departure
time will be refunded at 50%.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the originally scheduled flight
arrival/departure time will be charged in full.
No refund will be provided for No Shows.
Products or services provided by third parties (e.g., limousine transfers, car or yacht
rentals, charter flights, etc…) are offered in our capacity solely as an agent for the
third
party involved. The terms and conditions of the third party will apply, and any refunds
will be
subject to their terms and conditions.
Unless solely caused by our negligence, we shall have no liability to you regarding any
products and services provided by a third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no responsibility for any damage,
loss,
accidents, sickness, injury, or death suffered or incurred by you or anyone else arising
from
the Fastrack services and/or in connection with these Conditions of Contract.
You waive any claims against us, for any loss or damage or inconvenience or other issues
arising from our inability to provide some or all of the Fastrack services, and
additionally as
the consequences of any delay or for any loss, cost, or expense incurred by you as a
result of
the actions of any third party, including Customs or Immigration Authorities at Athens
International Airport.
You are fully responsible for your personal belongings at all times.
You acknowledge your responsibility for complying with all governmental regulations upon
entry into and exit from Athens International Airport.
You are responsible for ensuring that all required documents are in order and that any
conditions associated with such documents are met.
We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or omit any part of the Fastrack services which
you
have booked, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Delays and cancellations
may arise
as a result of circumstances beyond our or our suppliers' control, including but not
limited to
weather conditions, accidents, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In
such
cases, our liability is limited to re-performing the cancelled Fastrack services. In
rare cases,
a refund or partial refund may be evaluated based on our or the supplier's discretion,
but it is
not assured
You agree to indemnify us for all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses
(including
legal expenses) awarded against us or incurred by us directly as a result of your acts
or
omissions or those of any individual included in your booking during the process of
booking
and/or using Fastrack services
Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you in contract, tort (including
negligence),
or otherwise for any consequential, exemplary, special, indirect, incidental, or
punitive
damages.
